Good Shepherd Ministries, a ministry of International Indigenous Community Development (IICD), was founded by Roger and Vicki Grossmann and works with several key partners in the United States.  The ministry is overseen by a Board of Directors in the United States and relies on many churches and individuals for prayer and financial support.
