Keith Henry is the Chief Operating Officer for Baptist Children’s Homes of NC. He joined BCH in 2007 and supervises all service areas of the ministry. This includes Child Residential services, the Developmentally Disabled Ministry, Family Care Ministry, Wilderness Camping, Weekday Education and NC Baptist Aging Ministry. He is also responsible for overseeing HR, Compliance, Finance and Properties.

A native of Sylva, North Carolina and a lifelong Baptist, he earned a BS degree in business administration in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1992 from Western Carolina University. He has received nonprofit certifications from Harvard Business School and Duke University.

Keith has been married to Donna for 27 years and has two sons, Joshua and Joseph. He has served as a Deacon for many years and enjoys teaching Sunday School. Keith also performed with the Ambassadors music ministry for over 20 years which started as an outreach of the Baptist Student Union at Western Carolina University.
